In India, the Applie iPhone 5 has not yet been launched although there were wild speculations in the media that it would be available to Indian consumers at the end of October.

In fact, the company itself did not make any official announcement of its launch in India. However, it seems that the iPhone 5 will be distributed through specialised distribution companies (reported here).
