Sony Mobile Communications recently launched its new smartphone, the Xperia Sola. Its current Android 2.3 OS will likely be upgraded to Android 4.0. Most smarphones have a touch screen. Well, the Xperia Sola is smarter - it incorporates a unique technology which enables you to move the cursor around the screen without physically touching the screen. So this Floating Touch navigation, as it is called, ensures that you won't be leaving any more smudges on the screen. Now isn't that smart?! What's more, the Near Field Communication (NFC) technology incorporates the feature of SmartTags. This feature enables you to change the settings of the Xperia Sola to specific pre-defined ones by just touching them to the smartphone. Owners of the Xperia Sola will also get direct access to the Sony Entertainment Network along with already installed unlimited music & video.
